Start as a lawyer in the field of tax law at Noerr LLP (previously Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz). After several other stations, inter alia at one of the BigFour, last active as a tax law partner at the law firm BEITEN BURKHARD Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
Dr. Herrmann is a founding partner of BLUEDEX PartG mbB.
COMPETENCIES AND AREAS OF ACTIVITY
Dr. Herrmann primarily advises mid-size companies in all areas of corporate and tax law. The advisory services cover the corporate law aspects of day-to-day business (“corporate housekeeping”), the accompaniment of company formations and transformations and of complex corporate law transactions (sale and acquisition of companies and transformations).
Dr. Hermann also provides advice in corporate litigation.
In the field of tax law, Dr. Herrmann primarily advises on tax structuring but also on tax law enforcement in proceedings before tax authorities and tax courts.
In addition, he comprehensively advises national and international real estate investors in respect of their investments in Germany.
Moreover, Dr. Herrmann he is active in the field of criminal tax law support for private individuals and companies.
Dr. Herrmann speaks German and English.
