Education and Professional Experience<\/h3>\n

Dr. Michael R. Fausel studied law at the universities of Heidelberg and Konstanz. He completed his legal traineeship in Stuttgart, Heilbronn, and London (UK). Prior to that, he studied at the University of Public Administration and Finance Ludwigsburg, graduating with the degree \u201cDiplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH)\u201d (Graduate in Public Administration), combined with work for the Deutsche Rentenversicherung.<\/p>\n

Following his studies, Dr. Fausel worked at the international law firms CMS Hasche Sigle and Simmons & Simmons LLP. Prior to founding BLUEDEX \u2013 Labour Law, he worked from 2011 to 2016 at the international law firm Beiten Burkhardt, particularly as a partner, where he was responsible for the firm\u2019s global mobility \/ secondment practice.<\/p>\n

In order to focus even more intensively on (international) employment and social security law, he founded BLUEDEX \u2013 Labour Law in 2016.<\/p>\n

Dr. Fausel speaks German, English, French, and Spanish.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1779344194027{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]<\/p>\n
