After gaining initial experience in employment law during his studies and completing his legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Hagen, Bochum, and D\u00fcsseldorf, Mr. Mehnert began his career as in-house counsel specialising in employment law at Germany\u2019s largest temporary staffing company in L\u00fcdenscheid.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2009, he has been working for a Frankfurt-based personnel services and training group, where he currently serves as Head of Legal, Audit and Data Protection.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside his legal education, Mr. Mehnert completed a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2026, Mr. Mehnert has also been working as a lawyer\/Counsel for BLUEDEX, in addition to his primary role.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; el_class=&#8221;bluedex-text&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1777723317883{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">COMPETENCIES AND SPECIALITIES<\/h3>\n<p>Mr. Mehnert is a certified specialist lawyer for employment law (Fachanwalt f\u00fcr Arbeitsrecht) and advises companies on all aspects of employment law.
