EDUCATION AND TRACK RECORD<\/strong><\/h3>\n

University of W\u00fcrzburg, with advanced course in European law \u2013 Qualification: \u201cEuropean Lawyer\u201d (Univ. W\u00fcrzburg)\u201c, PhD in 2011 with a thesis on \u201cGroup-level enforceability of rights to information under labour relations law\u201d (awarded the joint Science Prize of the University of W\u00fcrzburg and the Unterfr\u00e4nkische Gedenkjahrsstiftung as one of the best theses of 2011). Positions with Deutsche Bank AG and Noerr LLP; worked for the international commercial law practice Beiten Burkhardt from 2011 to 2016, most recently as partner.

COMPETENCIES AND SPECIALITIES<\/h3>\n

Dr Bitsch advises and represents multinationals, mid-sized enterprises and public institutions in questions of labour law. He has a particular specialisation in questions of labour relations and rights of codetermination, employment contract law for board members and labour law in corporate groups. Moreover, he has considerable expertise in restructuring and post-transaction projects.<\/p>\n
