EDUCATION AND TRACK RECORD
Frederik Mehnert studied law at the University of Münster. After gaining initial experience in employment law during his studies and completing his legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Hagen, Bochum, and Düsseldorf, Mr. Mehnert began his career as in-house counsel specialising in employment law at Germany’s largest temporary staffing company in Lüdenscheid.
Since 2009, he has been working for a Frankfurt-based personnel services and training group, where he currently serves as Head of Legal, Audit and Data Protection.
Alongside his legal education, Mr. Mehnert completed a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.
Since 2026, Mr. Mehnert has also been working as a lawyer/Counsel for BLUEDEX, in addition to his primary role.
COMPETENCIES AND SPECIALITIES
Mr. Mehnert is a certified specialist lawyer for employment law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht) and advises companies on all aspects of employment law. His particular areas of expertise include the use of external personnel, including related social security law issues, as well as advising senior executives and managing directors.
