EDUCATION AND TRACK RECORD
Marius Naser studied law at the University of Heidelberg and completed his legal clerkship in Mosbach, Heidelberg, Speyer and Bangkok. After working as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in employment law, Marius Naser completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Stellenbosch University (South Africa). Mr. Naser joined BLUEDEX as an attorney in February 2024.
COMPETENCIES AND SPECIALITIES
Marius Naser advises clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. In particular, the structuring of (cross-border) employment relationships, secondment law issues and all matters of social security law are part of his field of activity.
