EDUCATION AND TRACK RECORD
Dr. Ronja Maihöfer studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg and subsequently worked on her PhD at the Chair of International Criminal Law. She completed her PhD with a thesis on the criminal procedural evaluation of the monitoring of surfing behavior on the Internet. Dr. Ronja Maihöfer also completed her legal clerkship in Würzburg. After initially working for a large commercial law firm in Frankfurt, Dr. Maihöfer has been working as a lawyer for BLUEDEX since 2023.
COMPETENCIES AND SPECIALITIES
Dr. Maihöfer advises clients on all matters of individual and collective employment law, in particular on the international deployment of personnel (secondment of employees, temporary employment) as well as on the structuring of (cross-border) employment relationships and on nationality issues.
