EDUCATION AND TRACK RECORD
Sophie Mohaupt studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. She completed her legal clerkship in Hanau, Frankfurt and Atlanta (USA). During her studies and legal clerkship, Ms. Mohaupt worked in the litigation department of an international law firm. After working in employment law in a boutique law firm in Frankfurt and in corporate/M&A in a large law firm in the USA (Atlanta, GA), Ms. Mohaupt joined BLUEDEX in November 2023.
COMPETENCIES AND SPECIALITIES
Sophie Mohaupt advises on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, in particular on the structuring of employment relationships, dismissal protection proceedings, works constitution law matters and restructurings.
