Lawyer Emma Lotz


Emma Lotz studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and subsequently completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. During her studies and legal clerkship, Emma Lotz worked for various international commercial law firms.

After working as a senior associate at an international law firm in corporate/M&A, Emma Lotz joined BLUEDEX in 2022.


Emma Lotz advises clients on all aspects of individual and collective (international) employment, residence and posting law, in particular on the structuring of (cross-border) employment relationships, residence and posting law issues, dismissal protection proceedings, works constitution law matters and restructuring. In addition, Emma Lotz advises on related corporate law complexes.

Emma Lotz speaks German, English and Croatian.
