Laywer Patrick Loeke

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CAREER

Law studies at the University of Rostock; practical legal training (Referendariat) at the Regional Court Rostock and in Berlin (Confederation of German Employers’ Associations). After his first employment with Voigt-Scheid in Berlin, focusing on labour and employment law and insolvency law, Patrick Loeke worked several years as a judge at the Labour Court Schwerin and as prosecutor at the prosecutor’s office in Schwerin. Patrick Loeke then worked for several years for the law firm Wittig Ünalp in Munich, specialising in labour and employment law. In November 2017 he joined BLUEDEX, where he exclusively focuses on all aspects of labour and employment law.

COMPETENCIES AND AREAS OF ACTIVITY

Attorney Patrick Loeke specialises in all aspects of individual and collective labour and employment law. Based on his many years of experience as a judge and lawyer, he advises both large corporations and small- and medium-sized enterprises with regard to all labour and employment law issues. Apart from contract drafting, he focuses on the preparation and implementation of termination processes and consultation in out-of-court and court proceedings, for example within the scope of actions for protection against dismissal. In addition, Patrick Loeke is a lecturer and continuously holds seminars on labour and employment law topics.
